For example: => keys or phone in one of the 2 zipped pockets, => 2 net pockets on the side for carrying gels. => front net pocket or rear zipped pocket for carrying your 500ml water bottle It's up to you!

A BREATHABLE component that reduces irritations

Enjoy your trail running to the full thanks to the component that is breathable and effectively wicks away perspiration without making you feel cold. Synthetic fabric, dries quickly. Lightweight and less chafing: - a limited number of panels and a design that has fewer seams, particular at the crotch - new waistband with a carry system - neither too short nor too long, this product will not ride up, thereby maintaining good coverage at the thighs.

WITH or WITHOUT underwear?

The design team developed these trail running cropped bottoms without built-in briefs, so that you can wear them with underwear without discomfort; we therefore recommend that you wear these cropped bottoms WITH underwear.

Rear pocket ZIP with a SEMI LOCK? What does it mean? What is it for?How does it work?

The rear pocket of the waistband has a special ZIP called a "SEMI LOCK" zip. This zip can be "locked" and "unlocked". When the puller is in the raised position, the zip can be opened or closed. When the puller is in the lowered position (down flat towards the right), the zip is locked. This position is used to secure your personal belongings during your physical activity. Our zip doesn't like being moved when it is in the locked or semi-locked position!

What size of phone can you take with you in the built-in waistband storage pockets?

The storage waistband can be used for safely carrying personal belongings, especially a smartphone in the two zipped pockets. => front zipped pocket => smartphone up to size 5.2" => rear zipped pocket => smartphone up to size 7" No more reasons why you can't take some snapshots of your outing!

How to run in cool weather Tips from our product manager

These cropped bottoms are ideal for running in temperatures between 5 and 15 degrees. It is easy to wear compression socks with these cropped bottoms. Here are some tips for dressing in accordance with outside temperature: - For temperatures of 10-15°C, a long-sleeved T-shirt in addition to the cropped bottoms is enough. - For temperatures of 5-10°C, you can add a windbreaker in addition to the long-sleeved T-shirt and cropped bottoms
