Our coach helps you use your dips kit
Depending on your level, you can do your dips in 3 different ways:
- Beginner: remove weight with an elastic band (base resistance on your level) and do 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
- Intermediate: do your dips with body weight: 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
- Advanced: add weight, and increase your load gradually
Keep improving by adding 1 rep or a bit of weight each week.
