The amount of water can be adjusted depending on your preference. Once rehydrated, you can also make a pancake then fry it. You're a chef!

Freeze-drying and dehydration?

Both these processes are inspired by nature. They take the water contained in the food to make it last longer by freeze-drying or heat drying. Freeze-drying takes the water contained in the food by transferring it from solid state (frozen) to gas form. Dehydration dries the food at high temperature. The water contained in the food evaporates.
