- What do I do if I forget my code?The first thing to do is search the code starting with 000, then 001, then 002, and so on, until you find the code. This method should take you between 30 and 45 minutes.
- The lock is stuck, it doesn’t work any more!If the product is not fitted to a gun and was purchased recently, you can exchange it in your usual Decathlon store. However, if the product is on a gun and you have no doubts about the code, you should contact us!
