Rather than peppering your food with small quantities of powdered spirulina, we suggest taking spirulina in tablet form: simpler to eat during your meals and more practical to store and transport.

What does a course of spirulina involve?

With its antioxidant properties, spirulina can become an excellent training partner, especially during endurance training.So, when should you carry out a course of spirulina? We offer this bottle of 84 tablets: 2 per day during the first week, 4 per day during the second and 6 per day in the third week, at meal times, to deliver a progressive treatment!Start again during the year if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of 2, 4 or 6 tablets.
