- How to Choose a SizeThe shorts are available in 3 sizes: S, M and L. They all have a "kangaroo pouch" that you insert the protective cup into (one size). To choose the right size, measure your waist circumference: S = 72 - 78 cm M = 78 - 84 cm L = 84 - 90 cm
