You can use both sides of the Feet Rehab! Practical, right? A smooth surface on one side for your balance exercises, and a textured surface on the other, to help blood circulation when sitting down, with your bare feet on the product. Adjust the inflation to your needs and off you go!

How to inflate your Feet Rehab

"If you can feel the ground under your feet, you need to pump up Feet Rehab. Inflate the Feet Rehab using a pump with a needle (sold separately - reference: 8369006). Check the level of inflation before getting started on a balance session."
