How to adjust the length of the rope to your height
It is important for gymnasts to choose a rope that is appropriate for their height.
To choose the right length: Stand with your feet together and flat on the ground. Slip the rope under both feet.
The ends of the rope should come up to armpit level.
We recommend cutting the rope to the right length and quickly burning the edges to stop them fraying.
You can also tie a knot at the ends for better grip.
How to maintain your rope
Our design team's tip: if needed, wash the rope by hand but do not machine wash.
When you cut the rope to make it the right length to suit you, remember to burn the ends so that they won't fray
How to choose a rhythmic gymnastics outfit
Our design team's tip: the perfect training kit for gymnasts is a leotard or top, and shorts or leggings so that they can move freely and with confidence. Leotards are optional for training but compulsory for competitions.
