How to choose the right size RG ball

It is important for gymnasts to choose a ball that is appropriate for their age group. - Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 16.5 cm ball. - Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 18.5 cm ball. We recommend using this size as soon as possible since it is the official competition size. At Decathlon, we offer two sizes to suit all ages.

How to care for your RG ball

Because we know your equipment is precious to you, why not read our advice: - Wash the ball with a bit of dishwashing liquid, water, and a soft sponge. - Rinse well and rub gently. - Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.
