WHAT TO EAT DURING A WORKOUT OR AT SNACK TIME

"Our protein bars are not intended to be consumed during your workout. For extra energy, we recommend date, fruit, or almond pastes, energy gels or hydrogels, designed to provide quick carbohydrates during exercise. Our protein bars are not snacks. For a light snack, instead choose an oilseed bar, cereal bar, our small protein cubes, a piece of fruit, some white cheese, some seeds or dried fruits, etc.

Our protein bars are designed for weight training users as well as all other athletes! They are also perfectly suited and recommended after an intense endurance workout: running, cycling, triathlon, etc.

MINIMUM INGREDIENTS FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

To take care of your performance and your health, we've reduced the list of ingredients as much as possible. Our protein bars contain no sweeteners, and all the ingredients on the list are essential to the recipe. Nothing extra. The added bonus is fair trade cocoa!

The cocoa for this product is grown and sold according to Fairtrade/Max Havelaar fair trade standards allowing producers to benefit from more just commercial conditions, improving their quality of life and that of their communities while preserving. The cocoa for this product may be mixed for technical reasons with uncertified cocoa, but the total volume is guaranteed for producers under Fairtrade/Max Havelaar conditions (mass balance).
