Directions for use

Open the bag and bring the two ends together till they touch, so that the bottom of the bag opens up like a bowl. Add 280 mL of simmering water (level 6). Mix with a spoon. Close the zip. Stir the bag regularly during rehydration. Wait for 5 to 8 minutes before opening, stir and eat.

Advice for use (continued)

It is possible to tear the bag at mid height to use it as a bowl. Warning, the hotter the water, the better the rehydration. If the water is not boiling, wait a few minutes before tasting.

Freeze-drying and dehydration?

Both these processes are inspired by nature. They take the water contained in the food to make it last longer by freeze-drying or heat drying. Freeze-drying takes the water contained in the food by transferring it from solid state (frozen) to gas form. This extremely old process is used by the people of the South American highlands.
