Why use a yoga towel?

This is the perfect towel for you if you perspire a lot. It's perfect for bikram and hot yoga. It absorbs perspiration and provides good grip. It's easy to carry around and can also be used on top of a mat for other types of yoga. In this case, we recommend dampening the surface to make it grip well, especially if you don't perspire much. Remember, it's a towel! it's meant to be placed on top of a mat!
