What is NATIVE WHEY PROTEIN?
Our NATIVE WHEY PROTEIN is made only of protein isolates made by a non-denaturing process, which ensures a very high protein content: 85 g of protein for 100 g of formula, or 26 g per shaker!
This very high protein level also means very low levels of carbohydrates and lipids! This makes it an ideal companion to the most demanding diets and goals, including weight loss!
Proteins help maintain and develop muscle mass.
Whey from certified grass-fed cows
this protein is labelled GRASSFED, certifying that the cows spend more than 270 days/year out at pasture
LACTOSE CONTENT PER 100G
<0.5g
When should you take Native Whey Protein?
The body assimilates whey best when consumed after a period of physical exertion (up to one hour after) particularly since it is low in fats.
You can supplement your diet with a Native Whey Protein shake at breakfast or before a workout.
Two-thirds of your protein intake should come through a varied and balanced diet.
How to prepare Native Whey Protein
Mix two scoops of NATIVE WHEY PROTEIN (30 g) in 200 ml of water, in a shaker with a sieve.
To help the powder to dissolve, add it after the water (at room temperature)
Mix for 30 seconds then leave to rest for 30 seconds. Mix for another 30 seconds before drinking
We have chosen this protein powder because of its very high protein content. However, this means it is harder to dissolve in milk;We therefore recommend mixing it with water.
