Whey from certified grass-fed cows

The WHEY PROTEIN used in this MUSCLE GAINER carries the GRASSFED label. This means that the cows producing the milk are fed largely on grass or hay and are turned out to pasture for 120 to 300 days per year.

WHEN SHOULD YOU DRINK YOUR MUSCLE GAINER SHAKE?

Whey is quickly absorbed by the body, making it perfect for use straight after training (up to 30 minutes). You can also round off your diet by having a Muscle Gainer shake for breakfast or 1 hour before training. It's the perfect snack for an extra dose of carbs to start your day or get you through your workout. Two-thirds of your protein intake should come through a varied and balanced diet.

How to prepare your MUSCLE GAINER

Mix 250 ml of water with four scoops (100 g) in a shaker with a sieve. Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy. We recommend using water at a mild temperature. Avoid mixing powder with hot water. For a creamier shake, mix the GAINER with 250 ml of your favourite animal or plant milk.
