- What can these patches repair?In the blink of an eye, repair holes and tears of several centimetres on your favourite fabrics: tent, backpack, sleeping bag, non-stretch t-shirt, shoes, rugs for horses, tarpaulin or other clothing. The ideal solution for flat surfaces. Give your equipment a new lease of life.
- How strong are these patches?These patches can be washed ten times at 30°C without weakening and offer a waterproof rating of 10,000 mm H2O (Schmerber). The glue adapts to various materials and the patch resists abrasion. Waterproofing can vary depending on the material to which you apply the patch.
- How to apply repair patchesStep 1: clean and dry the area with holes. Step 2: peel off the patch without touching the adhesive. Step 3: Press the patch down firmly starting in the middle and moving to the edges. Step 4: you’re done. Small secret: patience helps repairs. Is the patch too big? Adjust it by cutting it in a circle with 2 cm of margin.
- What tips can you use to make the patch last longer on your waterproof products?For the patch to hold better on your waterproof products, we recommend applying it on the inside, whenever possible.
