What you get with the Marcy Smith Machine SM-4033 Multi-functional Cage System are nine major workout stations: Smith Machine, Squat Rack, Cable Crossover, Pullups Station, T-bar Landmine Station, Pectoral Pec Dec, Dip Station, Lower Pulley with Footrest, and a Dual Pulley System adjustable in height, with 68 kg-force on each side for crossover and functional movements. The overall space required for this setup, along with the bench, is around 7×7 feet. It accommodates everything with weight plates, complimentary bar, attachments, etc.
