Features
El Toro sits nicely at the top end of the Basis MTB range, boasting a lightweight Alloy crossbar frame and 27.5" suspension forks to achieve comfort, control and rider response. Gearing is taken care of by a Shimano Tourney 18 speed system, indexed using thumb shifters as opposed to more juvenile twist-grip shifters. Dual 160mm mechanical disc brakes provide confident slowing, but also improve bike control when it comes to more challenging encounters.
It's certain details like the Alloy A-Head stem, updated EZ Fire gearing shifters and 2.10" MTB tyres that set the El Toro aside when it comes to entry level, affordable Mountain Bikes.
