How is waterproofing of the fabric measured?

The resistance of a fabric is measured by the height of a water column in mm that can be supported by the fabric (test based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. The fabric of the 900 WARM padded jacket has a waterproof rating of 15,000 mm and is therefore resistant to the pressure exerted by 15,000 mm of water. For skiing, we recommend components between 3000 mm and 20,000 mm.

How to dress to stay warm on the slopes?

To make sure you stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-technical-layer rule: - Layer 1 or a second skin, to stay dry. - Layer 2 or an insulating layer, to keep the heat in. - Layer 3 or a protective layer to protect against the elements. Because the 900 Warm jacket is very warm, we would only advise you to wear it with a second layer in case of extreme cold.

How is comfortable temperature measured?

We lab-test each of our products so that we can provide you with a indicative value on the item's comfort. This comfort indicator is measured without tights for trousers, and with a thermal t-shirt and a fleece for jackets. The measurement indicated is that of the external temperature in which the testers are neither warm, nor cold. Of course, this perceived temperature varies in line with the intensity of the activity and the metabolism of the individual.

This product is repairable

We commit to repairing your product free of charge for the duration of the warranty. Whatever it is, fixings, seams, zips, etc. This service is offered in your usual store. However, if we can't repair your product (production defect), we will exchange it or reimburse you.

Care instructions

Storage

Dry thoroughly before storing in a dry and well-ventilated place.

Cleaning

Do not dry clean.
Drying in tumble dryer possible. Low temperature, maximum drum exhaust temperature 60°C.
Do not iron.
Maximum wash temperature of 30°C. Very moderate treatment.
Bleaching excluded.

Dry flat.
Short spin.
Wash as delicate.
Secure fasteners closed before washing. Gentle cycle, machine wash cold with like colors. Wash with mild detergent or down wash and 2 clean tennis balls. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly at least twice. Tumble dry low with 2 clean tennis balls. Remove promptly and fluff after each cycle until dry. Do not dry clean, iron or steam. Store in a cool and dry location.
Wash inside out.
Wash separately.
