Our FORCLAZ backpacks go through 188 lab tests and 280 hours in the mountains, from Africa to the Alps, to ensure that they go the distance.
Lab testing
Numerous lab tests assessed the MT900 Symbium backpack's strength, including a Martindale test to evaluate abrasion and resistance, tear test for the seams, foam compression fatigue, and aluminum structure rigidity and bending.
Real life testing
The first prototype of the MT900 Symbium backpack was tested in Morocco for a week. After a few changes, it completed the Tour of the Mont Blanc over the course of a week to validate the final prototype.
