Why does the kettlebell have a rubber base?

The rubber coating on the kettlebell was designed to absorb shocks and avoid your floor getting scratched. So you can train with total peace of mind.

Beware of dropping the kettlebell

A rubber tile (ref.: 8651539) is highly recommended to use the 6 kg kettlebell safely, and avoid any risk of damage.

How to store your kettlebell

To avoid the kettlebell from getting damp, we recommend storing it indoors in a dry place on a rubber mat (ref.: 8651539) to look after your floor. Use a damp cloth or microfibre cloth to look after your kettlebell.

Our trainer's advice for improving your training (2/2)

For each exercise, start with the minimum number of repetitions recommended (careful not to go too far, and leave a scope of at least 2 repetitions in relation to your maximum). Increase by one repetition per week until you reach the maximum number recommended, then think about increasing the weight used.
