Recommendations for use

Dissolve 2 effervescent tablets in 500 ml of water. Drink before and after exercise in small split quantities every 15 to 20 minutes. Drink 500 ml/hour. This drink provides 2 times fewer carbohydrates than a classic isotonic drink in powder form, so it's important to eat more bars and/or gels as well. As well as physical activity, it is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle.
