- WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY HYDROGEL?To replenish your energy losses during exercise, we recommend consuming 1 energy gel, every 45 to 60 minutes.Unlike traditional gels, there is no need to drink water to absorb the gel. Very convenient if you don't have water readily available!
- WHAT SHOULD I TAKE IN ADDITION TO MY GEL?60 g to 90 g of carbohydrates (=sugar) per hour of sport: this is what nutritionists recommend for workouts lasting more than 3 hours. This 53ml gel contains 23g of carbohydrates, including 8.3g of simple sugars.We therefore recommend consuming 500 ml of isotonic drink per hour in addition to the gel. No drink-carrying solution? You can consume this gel on its own, at a rate of 2 to 3 gels per hour.
