How to choose the compress size
Size M (30.5 x 15.5 cm) is recommended for the joints: shoulders, knees, elbows, ankles.
Size L (30.5 x 24 cm) is recommended for the back, neck, thighs and calves.
It comes with an attachment pouch for optimal application.
When to use the cold pack?
The pack can be used cold on haematoma, inflammations, the sensation of pain in haematomas, bruises, muscle aches and sprains. Cool the pack in the freezer.
When to use the hot pack?
The hot pack relieves muscle aches, back pain and lumbago.
Warm the pack in the microwave or in boiling water.
Do not use on wounded or sensitive skin.
Use by kids or adults with cognitive disabilities must be monitored. Do not apply the pack during sleep. Do not use in case of altered skin sensitivity (e.g. diabetes) or blood flow disorders (e.g. Raynaud's disease).
How to optimise my recovery
For optimal recovery after sports, do not hesitate to use a recovery drink, protein bars, massage accessories, compression or electrostimulation in addition to your hot/cold pack.
