OFF-PISTE SKIING

Taking on ungroomed slopes is usually reserved for those with a lot more skiing experience and knowledge of the ever-changing nature of snow; however, no matter how much knowledge you have, you’ll still need reliable ski body armour to protect you whilst you’re out skiing in the wild snow. This will help to develop an understanding of how to calculate how safe it is to ski depending on the weather condition. This is usually a skill only professional off-piste skiers have; with enough experience, you should be able to tell when it’s safe enough to go freeskiing or not.
