How do you adjust your balance cushion?
If you plan to use it while seated at your desk, there's no need to inflate it: just open the valve and you're good to go! If you want to use it as a balance cushion, you'll need to inflate it. Remove the cap and inflate it manually. If you can feel the ground, it's not inflated enough. To store it, simply open the cap, push the button, and press the cushion against your body to release the air.
