How do you activate and place the warmers on your feet?

To use the warmers, carefully read the instructions supplied with the product. Remove the warmer from the packaging, in an ambient temperature around 20°C (house, car, etc.). What are the warmers used for?

These warmers are exclusively for use in cold weather, do not use near a heat source: heating in cars, by the fireplace, etc. They are not designed for intensive sports activities and are to be avoided where there is perspiration. While exercising, make sure that the warmer doesn’t slip on the instep. If the warmer seems too hot or if it causes an unpleasant sensation, irritation or a rash, remove it.

Contra-indications and use under adult supervision

These warmers are not recommended for children under 12 or those with a shoe size under 4.5. Children, the elderly and disabled people should use this product with care and under supervision. If you have diabetes, fragile or sensitive skin, circulatory problems, paralysis or damaged nerves, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or are a pregnant woman or in the case of doubt, we recommend that you consult a doctor before use. Do not apply to frostbite or desensitised skin.

What should you do if your warmer stops heating after an hour?

Remove the warmer from the boot, it reactivates on contact with the air. When it has reheated, stick it back on the sock, and put your boot back on. Good to know: The feeling of warmth is unique to each person. The warmers can heat less in very cold environments. These warmers can only be used once. Discard in a household waste bin after use.
