What is the max user weight for the scooter?
We recommend you check the condition of your scooter before and after each ride to make sure there is no abnormal play, cracks, or sharp edges. The wheels and bearings are wearing parts. Be sure to check them regularly and replace them if necessary.

Can the E25E withstand rain and water spray?
The Ninebot E25E is rated IPX4.
This indication means the product is suitable for use in any weather condition and can withstand heavy water spray. However, it will not withstand being submerged in water.
