The pockets are installed in 2 steps.- How much weight can your dog carry?It is essential to adapt the load your dog can carry according to their weight. We recommend a total load equivalent to no more than 15% of your dog’s weight. It is also essential to distribute this load evenly between the pockets. For example: If your dog weighs 20 kg, that’s 3 kg in total, so 1.5 kg in each pocket.
- What can I put in the pockets?Once you’ve cleaned the waterproof pocket, you can add some biscuits or treats in a freezer bag. After that, it’s up to you! Depending on the length of your hike and the routine you have with your dog, they could carry a lead, a collar, a soft bowl, a first-aid kit, etc.
- How to choose the right size of harnessTo choose the right size of harness for your dog, you need to take their chest measurement. Here is the size guide for this measurement: Size S: 45 to 57 cm Size M: 57 to 70 cm Size L: 70 to 80 cm Size XL: from 80 to 90 cm
