How to prepare your weight gainer shake
Mix 300 ml of water with 4 spoonfuls of weight gainer (equivalent to 125 g) in a shaker with a sieve. Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference. Mix for 30 seconds and consume.For a creamier drink, mix your weight gainer with 300 ml of plant-based drink or milk. Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it.

For prolonged consumption (> 6-8 weeks), it is mandatory to seek advice from a doctor.
