The Cardio HIIT - the 2 in 1 Stepper / Cross trainer
This equipment is a hybrid: cross trainer / stepper.
It combines a 10" vertical step movement with the arms of a cross trainer and its 5" horizontal movement.This gives you the opportunity to simulate both a stair climb and a boxing move: Jab (multiple quick punches).
