Directions for use

Working with punch mitts is a must if you want to improve your boxing technique. It consists of working with a partner who tells you which punch to throw while moving around (thus your punching combinations are less mechanical than when using a heavy punching bag). The aim is to learn various combinations and improve your precision and speed when working on your sparring technique. There are an infinite number of possible combinations, making this type of training much more motivating.

DESIGN

These punching mitts are designed for working on precision (markers in the centre of the target) and speed (light weight) while ensuring comfort and shock absorption for the person wearing them. They were tested and validated with a panel of users, and lab tests guarantee their compliance with European standards for personal protection equipment.
