Design details

Design

This leash is designed to attach you to your board without any interference. The fastener between the leash and the belt raises the point of attachment to prevent any interference when manoeuvring.

Waistband

The design separates the fastener from the belt adjustment for optimal comfort and to prevent any damage to the board. On the right: the belt adjustment, with a mesh pouch to stow any excess strap. On the left: a belt fastener. The rigid parts are positioned above the padded belt for optimal comfort and to protect your wetsuit. The belt has 2 side loops to attach a wing leash.

Leash

The leash coil prevents the leash from being dragged in the water or becoming tangled under your feet. On the belt side, there is a detachable fastener with a rip-tab for easy replacement. The stainless steel swivel on the board side prevents twisting. The reef line built into the leash is used to attach it to the board. Assembled with a rail saver to protect the edge of the board.

Compatibility

The 38 mm adjustment strap is compatible with certain harness buckles.

Safety

CAUTION: never hold your board with your hands or fingers wrapped in the cord. This can lead to serious finger injury. Always check your leash is in good condition before each use. If you notice any visible damage, your leash should be replaced.

To extend its lifespan, store your leash in a dry, well-ventilated place.
