They contain 61% of fruits and therefore useful carbohydrates during your sports sessions. For endurance activities, nutritionists recommend that you ingest at least 60 g of carbohydrates per hour over 3 hours of exertion.

WHY DID WE USE APPLE OR PEAR IN THE FRUIT JELLY?

It can be somewhat of a surprise in a strawberry fruit jelly. Actually, apple and pear are simply the core ingredients of our recipe. They are were chosen in our supplier's orchard in the south of France.

TASTE AND VITAMINS!

For more intense workouts, your body needs more vitamins and minerals. We have added acerola powder, a natural source of vitamin C, an antioxidant to protect your cells from oxidative stress that also contributes to normal energy metabolism. Our fruit jelly is designed for sports performance!
