- How to use the gym beamOur beam is designed for indoor use (home or gym) as well as outdoor use. If you choose to use it in your garden, just make sure you remove any stones and sharp objects from underneath the beam, as they could damage it. We advise going barefoot for better grip.
- How to store your inflatable beamIf you have enough space at home, you can leave your beam out, somewhere dry. Otherwise, you can deflate it and put it away into its specially designed storage bag (bag sold with the beam), which should also be kept in a dry place.
