To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.

Return modality

Our returns policy allows you to return an item within 30 days (60 days during the Christmas period) of your order arriving. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a refund. How to return? Guarantee modality

The YUYU rubber bottles come with a minimum 2-year guarantee and the Ice Products come with a minimum 1-year guarantee. This covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
