RETURNS Returns Policy Here at Vibram FiveFingers we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple. Please note we only accept returns for orders placed with Vibram FiveFingers on the Decathlon website. We will happily refund any item(s) purchased from us that are returned within 30 days of you receiving your order. Unwanted returns for refund should be in saleable condition. Please read and adhere to the below terms. We define a saleable condition as:  The tags have not been removed.  The goods have not been worn outside, damaged or show signs of wear.  The goods are in their original box for shoes or packaging or other products.  The packaging (socks) or the box (shoes) is not damaged beyond reasonable acceptance.  Please wrap any returned shoe boxes before sending back. Please do not deface the boxes in any way or stick any returns labels on them.  Any goods that do not meet the above requirements will be posted back to you the customer at the discretion of our quality control team. Returns Procedure  Please go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7799 and follow the steps on our Royal Mail returns portal to return you item(s).  Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will immediately notify you on the status of you refund after inspecting the goods. When received by us, if the returned goods do not meet our ‘saleable condition’ (see above) we reserve the right to retract this authorisation and will contact you to discuss. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. We will endeavour to refund the full purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if you use them, damage them or otherwise do something beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine them that reduces their resale value. • If you believe that the goods have a defect or fault, then you should not make any further use of them before returning them to us. We will replace the goods or refund you provided that the defect or fault is not caused by usual wear and tear, damage caused accidentally or deliberately, your negligence, if the goods have been misused, altered or repaired without our approval or if you failed to follow product instructions. If we do not find any defect or fault, then your cancellation and refund rights are limited to 30 days as stated above. Guarantee modality

All Vibram FiveFingers products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product is faulty and has been used for its intended purpose, the guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Decathlon, please contact us by getting in touch through Decathlon Customer Care. All faulty items will need to be inspected first before authorisation on our system for a full refund. We ask that you please provide a brief description of the fault and also upload an image of the fault. You will be notified of the decision once inspected.
