If the product has been used, assembled, unboxed or the packaging has been opened there may be a deduction from your refund to reflect any diminished value of the products. You must contact our customer services team via email ((Bodi-Tek: [email protected], AeroPilates: [email protected]) to inform us of your wish to return a product under our money-back guarantee scheme. You will receive a return authorisation number and a returns form. For AeroPilates the cost of returning a product is the customers responsibility.

Guarantee modality

We guarantee our products to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for an extended period of 1 year from the date of purchase. To benefit from the extended guarantee / warranty registration is required. The guarantee covers domestic use. Under the guarantee we have the option to either: 1. Provide parts for a repair. 2. Repair the product. 3. Replace the product. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The guarantee does not cover normal wear & tear. Parts which would normally be subject to periodic replacement, are excluded from the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by storage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the product outside of the user instructions. The repair or replacement of the product under the guarantee will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You can register your product and qualify for any warranty extensions on line.
