Return modality

You have 30 days to return an item purchased though Decathlon of Hummel UK stock. 1. Mark your items due to return on your return label 2. Prepare the package Pack the item(s) carefully and enclose the complete return slip. Place the returns address on the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible and that address, and barcodes are not covered. 3. Return your package Send your package to the address provided. You will have to pay postage for this parcel. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for return of the parcel. Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features, and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order. Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online. REFUNDS Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account. The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. How long it takes for your account to be credited depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering.

Carriers delivery times

Delivery will be within 5 working days and will be stated in the order confirmation. HUMMEL shall be entitled to postpone the delivery time by fourteen (14) days and shall immediately notify the customer in writing of any such postponement. In the event of force majeure, cf., however, the provisions below, delivery may be postponed until the obstacle ceases and ordinary trading and transport become possible.
