Guarantee modality

We guarantee all products purchased from Surfanic to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace products, which are shown to be faulty covering a period of two years from the date of purchase, provided that the alleged faulty product is returned to Surfanic where the goods were purchased accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The product must not have been handled negligently or used otherwise than in accordance with its care instructions or recommended use, and/or any other party has not attempted repairs to the product. Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original guarantee period only. This guarantee does not apply to faults caused by natural wear and tear and does not infer any rights other than those expressly set out above. This guarantee does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Carriers delivery times

Orders are sent with a selection of couriers depending on the size fo the parcel. We use DPD Local, Fedex, Royal Mail, and DHL. Some deliveries may require a signature. Orders placed on a working day before 2pm will be desptached the same day. Any orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders can be placed requesting Next day delivery, or 2-3 day delivery.
