Refund modality

You got your order, but you've decided you'd like to return it. No problem! All you need to do is send it back in new condition within 30 days of delivery (we ask that you cover the return postage). When it arrives, we'll process it and then offer you the choice of a refund or replacement. If you'd like a refund, we'll send it through within 30 days of receipt, to whichever payment type you used on the order. Charitable donations made with an order can't be refunded.
