You have 30 days to return your item from when it reaches you. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS Our returns policy gives you 30 days in which to decide whether you would like to keep your items or return them to us for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. To return an item, simply contact Decathlon Customer Service and request a Returns Label. Saddleback will provide Decathlon Customer Service team with a free returns label PDF. Please print and affix this Returns Label to the outside of your returns goods package. Please note that items to be returned must meet our Condition of Returned Items criteria outlined below. For items larger than 60x50x50cm and heavier than 10kg, please email [email protected] or call 01454 285285 and we will advise on return procedures for these larger items. ITEMS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT If an item's packaging is damaged upon delivery, please sign for the item as damaged – this is essential in the event of a claim being made. If an item has arrived damaged or broken, please email [email protected] or call 01454 285285to send the item back to us as soon as possible. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS To return unwanted items, items that aren't what you ordered or items not as described, they must be returned in the following condition: Is in new and unused condition Is complete with all original, undamaged packaging Has all its tags and labels attached Has not been tried on next to the skin (please try shorts on with clean underwear) Is returned with any promotional items (if the value of the order after the return no longer fulfils the criteria for a promotional item) Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. BATTERY RETURNS AND RECYCLING The following information is for those that have purchased a product from Saddleback that contains a battery. Batteries may not be disposed of in household trash, and recycling is the best option for you and the environment. As required under current legislation, we offer a free take back service for any batteries purchased from Saddleback. The return of old batteries is restricted to the type we supply or have supplied. WARRANTY INFORMATION At Saddleback, we pride ourselves on our customer service and product expertise. We will always do everything we can to support you with your elite performance cycling products. In addition to our regular 30-day return policy on unused items, all items purchased directly from Saddleback are covered by our full two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. We will exchange, refund or repair (at our discretion) items proven to exhibit manufacturing or material faults in line with fair wear and tear. If you did not purchase your item direct from Saddleback then please contact the retailer from which you purchased the product in the case of any warranty return. Please read the information below carefully to better understand warranty eligibility before contacting us or returning items. RETURNING WARRANTY ITEMS WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS For items that are damaged or have visible manufacturing faults upon receipt, please refer to our regular returns procedure. Items that are proven to exhibit a manufacturing fault after use are eligible for replacement, repair or refund (at your discretion) within 30 days of delivery, even if you've used the goods. We will cover reasonable postage costs for this return. We recommend re-packaging the items securely and using a signed-for delivery service - we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. RETURNING WARRANTY ITEMS BETWEEN 30 DAYS AND TWO YEARS Items that are proven to have developed a manufacturing fault between 30 days of purchase and the end of the two-year warranty period are eligible for replacement, repair or refund (at our discretion). Or, if you prefer to keep the goods, you can request a partial refund taking into account the fault. All such claims are based on fair wear and tear. We will cover reasonable postage costs for this return. We recommend re-packaging the items securely and using a signed-for delivery service - we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations The Saddleback warranty is only valid to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase. The Saddleback warranty is valid only to customers in the UK who have purchased their product in the UK. The Saddleback Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, improper care, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash or misuse (including the use of any product for riding conditions other than those specified by the manufacturer). In addition, the Saddleback Warranty does not cover accidental damage, natural fading of colours and materials over time and with use, rips, tears, abrasion, holes, burns or shrinking. The Saddleback Warranty is void in its entirety if the products have been modified outside of their supplied parameters. Saddleback does not warranty purchases made through eBay or other consumer resale sites, or counterfeit products. It may also be transferred to our secure ERP system in order to complete warranty processes. We use this data to begin the procedure for processing warranty cases. Using this essential information, our warranty and customer service teams can contact you in a timely manner to update you on the status of your request and facilitate the return and replacement of items purchased from us. We will keep your information on file for the life of the product warranty or until you opt-out so that we can offer post-purchase services including warranty on items you have purchased.
