Should your goods arrive damaged, and they have been delivered by courier, we do ask that you write on the courier instructions that the goods have arrived damaged. We will issue you with a return authorisation number and notify you of our return’s procedure. If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, you may return them within 30 days from the day of receipt of goods if un-used or faulty.
