Cancellations & Unwanted products: If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders which have already been picked for shipping and onwards are unable to be cancelled. If you have ordered a product you no longer want, we require that you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods that you intend to return the product and have return the product to us. Products must be returned within their original commercial packaging and in an unused, clean and resale-able condition. Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, then please inform us by email within 30 days of receipt for us to arrange their return. We will usually require an image of the products to be sent to us before we organise for the return of the product. For the majority of products, we will usually arrange for returns to be dropped off at a Hermes or DPD parcel shop local to you. You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably possible after we have provided the return postage. Faulty products: We are confident about the products that we supply. However, should that rare occasion rise where you have a fault occur with a product you have purchased from us, we request that you first contact us. We will need to be informed us of the fault, any relevant details relating to how the fault occurred, and provided some supporting photographs. We will then aim to resolve the issue. Within the first 30 days of receipt of the product, we will offer you a repair, replacement or full refund of the product. Within 12 months of receipt, we will offer a repair or replacement for the product.
