If you wish to return the item(s) up to 30 days after delivery, you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original delivery costs will not be refunded and return delivery costs will be payable by the customer. After 30 days Protective Sportswear Ltd will not accept any returns for reasons other than if the goods arrived defective or if it is due to a fault of our own. Due to the nature of our products, for hygiene reasons, we will never accept a return where the packaging has been opened, and/or the product has been handled. Should we receive an item that has been, no refund will be given unless the item is faulty. If the order was incorrect, make sure you send it back to us in a re-saleable condition - then all your costs will be refunded.
