If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your socks within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. 2. Conditions of the Guarantee To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee or Product Warranty: The socks must have been purchased directly from an authorized ProGrip retailer or our official website. A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns or exchanges. The product must not show signs of excessive wear and tear beyond normal use, misuse, or deliberate damage. For hygiene reasons, only socks that have been washed and are clean will be accepted for return or exchange. 4. Exclusions The following are excluded from the ProGrip Socks Guarantee: General wear and tear due to prolonged or extreme use. Damage caused by improper washing, care, or use (e.g., shrinking due to high-temperature washing or drying). Modifications or alterations to the socks. Loss, theft, or accidental damage. 5. How to Claim Your Guarantee To make a claim under the Satisfaction Guarantee or Product Warranty: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. For defective items, you may be asked to provide photos of the damage or return the product for inspection. If approved, a replacement pair or refund will be issued as per the applicable guarantee. 6. Refunds and Replacements Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned socks. Replacements: If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new product to you at no extra cost once the defective product is received and inspected. 7. Shipping Costs If the return or replacement is due to a manufacturing defect, ProGrip will cover all shipping costs. For exchanges or returns that are not related to a defect (such as size or style preferences), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 8. Limitations This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased. The guarantee does not extend to any resale of ProGrip Socks. 9. Modifications ProGrip reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
