Refund Policy: A refund will be issued when you return an unused or faulty item within the 30-day period. Anything after the 30-day period will either be a repair or replacement.
Please return your items either in Black wrap or a cardboard box. We will only arrange a collection for your items if you’re covered under warranty or if the product is faulty. If these two rules don’t comply then you will need to arrange the return of your item via a suitable courier to us. e.g DPD.
Warranty Information: Your warranty will be covered with the brand you purchase from; this is usually a 2/3-year warranty. If you want to return an item and want a refund issued, there will have to be a product fault, or the item will have to be unused within a 30-day period.
