There are various methods of returning an item depending on the size and/or weight of the parcel. Please see below for guidance. The order must be returned within 30 days from receipt. Please note that the items must be unused and still have their original tags and packaging. https://olpro.gfs-returns.com/pro Returning with InPost Lockers We've teamed up with InPost lockers to provide a truly label-less service whilst offering flexible returns to suit your schedule. No printing required at home or when you drop off your return. Just scan, drop, done. You don't need a label. How it works: 1) Start your return 2) Select which items you wish to return and select InPost Returns. 3) Once you've selected and confirmed your service, the return will create a QR code 4) Scan the code on your phone at your local locker 5) Put your parcel inside and shut the door When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier. All items from the same order should be returned in one parcel. Maximum Parcel Size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm. Returning through Royal Mail We offer several services through Royal Mail. Both 24 & 48 hour returns are available as well as their Labels to Go service. The Labels to Go service will provide a QR code which you will need to scan at a Post Office Branch to print your label. Maximum weight limit - 2KG Returning through DPD Returns with DPD are via ParcelShop. All you need to do is select DPD return, and follow the instructions for printing off your label, stick your label to your parcel and drop it off at a local DPD ParcelShop. Maximum weight of 20kg and a parcel length of 60cm. Bulky Items Items that are rejected by the returns portal for being too bulky will need to contact Decathlon Customer Care to arrange collection of their goods.

All OLPRO products are designed and manufactured to exacting standards at our multiple factories and are tested under the appropriate conditions and terms of use. The 365-day warranty covers manufacturing faults on purchase of the product. These potential faults may be in the parts, the materials of the product or the workmanship. The warranty also covers the functionality of the product for its normal use. We are not responsible for any additional costs caused by a warranty issue. The OLPRO 365 Warranty covers you for 12 months from the day of purchase but most of the potential warranty issues apply to issues which will occur prior to first use. The OLPRO 365 warranty does not cover tent poles/beams or windbreak poles or the malfunction of any fabric or component that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or lack of maintenance. We feel the need to reiterate that such occurrences in mesh doors are not covered under the warranty, Just like certain items of clothing; mesh can develop pulls/snags and we cannot guarantee that this will not happen. Accidents such as damage due to excessive weather/ winds, improper re-packing of products or any natural degradation due to sunlight is not covered. No consequential loss may be claimed under this guarantee. To help yourself guard against any losses we always recommend that you test anything you've purchased in good time before going away – Any fault should be discovered at this point. The Guarantee does not apply if the product has been used for anything other than reasonable personal camping use. Commercial use (e.g. rental) or continuous use as a residence is expressly excluded. All tents and awnings are made for occasional use over short periods and not for seasonal pitches or residence. Before placing a warranty claim, please ensure you have read through the below information regarding a claim. We work with our retail partners to maintain all warranty claims/repairs. It is essential that during this process, your sales contract (Which is between you and the retailer you purchased from) remains in effect during any claim. If you have purchased through a retailer, and have experienced what you believe to be a warranty issue - it's imperative that you contact the retailer direct and they will advise the correct course of action. Should your retailer require the product to be returned direct to ourselves for testing, they will return the product on your behalf. We are unable to deal direct with any contracts that don't refer directly to OLPRO as the seller.
