Any returned items must be returned at your own cost and must be packed in it’s original packaging and suitably labelled addressed to Returns Department, Nightsearcher Ltd, Unit 4, Applied House, Fitzherbert Spur, Farlington, Hampshire, PO6 1TT. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were in when despatched to you. Return shipping costs will only be refunded where we have sent faulty Goods in error.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied in an acceptable condition. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. we will reimburse to you, all payments received from you, excluding carriage/postage. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

All our Products are covered by our Premium Warranty of 5 years with registration, all items come as standard with our 3 year warranty (Batteries are only covered for 1 year) Selected items are covered by our Premium Plus Warranty of 10 years with registration and are covered with 5 years as standard (Batteries are only covered for 1 year)
