Returning your goods If you decide to return the goods, please notify us of your intent to cancel by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and include your name, description of the goods concerned and the order number of the cancelled contract.

MadFun Offer Free Delivery on All Orders The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode. Whilst we will make every effort to meet the delivery time given, we use a contracted third party to make our deliveries and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. As such please note that any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. We will not be in breach of contract if we do not deliver within the indicated time period. We ask that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we are able to contact you in the event of a delivery query. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the carrier's delivery note/electronic scanner. You should notify us of any shortages within 48 hours. All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. MadFun cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined above.
