Refund modality

Products returned within 30 days in their original condition will receive a full refund. Items not returned in their original condition will be examined by Lomo and may only receive a partial refund. Faulty products that are returned under warranty will receive a refund or exchange one this has been agreed with customer services.

Our products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.

Carriers delivery times

We use Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce to deliver your order. Orders are normally despatched the same working day if the order is placed before 2pm. Delivery to the UK mainland is normally within 2-3 days of the order being placed.
